Using JobRover

JobRover is a job search tool. You may use it to search for jobs, generate cover letters, and manage your applications for your personal job search. You may not use it to scrape data for third-party services, abuse the pipeline for purposes other than genuine job searching, or violate any job board's terms of service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to create an account. One account per person.

Subscriptions and billing

The Pro subscription is $15/month, billed monthly. A 14-day free trial is included for new accounts — no charge until the trial ends.

You can cancel at any time from Settings in the app. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

AI-generated content

Cover letters and fit summaries are generated by AI (Anthropic's Claude). You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before submitting it to employers. JobRover does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any purpose.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The free tier is hosted on Render's free infrastructure and may have cold-start delays. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

JobRover is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for job search outcomes, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on fit scores or generated content. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding any claim.
